Hi, my name is Tomasz Brzozowski, and I’m a certified mind coach, truck driver, and unpredictable goofball. My goal is to alleviate the suffering of truck drivers who experience issues like isolation, emotional exhaustion, and the loss of connection to their families through separation or divorce.

I create online courses to help them improve their mental health through the power of rational and realistic fact-based thinking.

My journey inspired me to bring a positive change in other people’s lives. During my trucking career, I had to spend a lot of time away from my loved ones, and the thought of being alone during that time only deepened my sense of isolation and depression.

Trucking was demanding, cruel, and unforgiving. I had a serious condition of anxiety, severe depression, and a crippling lack of confidence. That’s when I knew I had to make a drastic change. Despite the challenges, I was determined to make positive changes in my life.

Deep inside, I had a feeling there was more to my time in this world than just passing through. I had attempted several kinds of counseling sessions but always felt like no one really “got” me. I was not going to give up on myself and made the conscious decision to engage in deep research to find answers and ways to drastically improve my dark and painful situation.

That’s when I got introduced to mind coaching and rational thinking techniques ( aka bullshit-free thinking methods). By learning and implementing these two approaches in my life, I was able to overcome my psychological challenges and started to see the world in a completely different way.

When my thinking transformation took full effect I realized that I can help others free themselves from their mind traps as well which became my true passion. Perhaps you need help too and that is totally ok. You came here for a reason, a very important reason indeed. You see, now my life is an interesting journey. I focus only on what I can control and ignore things I can’t. No more drama of ANY kind! My mind is strong, filled with optimism, realism, and compassion. I have learned how to understand the human mind and its needs. I meditate, breathe deep, stretch my body, smile a lot more, and let negative emotions leave as soon as they arrive.

I have an amazing girlfriend that works as a nurse in ICU at the local hospital. She shares compassionated love and smile with those that have not much time left on this earth and she does it with grace. At home, we often play with our awesome bullterrier, his name is Tim, and he never stops making us laugh with his goofy yet cute attitude.
